Jellydash

Settings

Preferences stored in the database; infrastructure stays in .env

General Branding and dashboard display
Displays CPU and RAM usage in the sidebar.
Displays new movies and shows on the Now Playing page.
Exclusions Choose which users and libraries to exclude from activity views and alerts.
Monitoring

Excluded users are hidden from Now Playing, History, Statistics, and history exports.

Existing rows stay in the database. Removing an exclusion restores that earlier activity, but activity skipped while excluded cannot be reconstructed. Names match exactly and are case-insensitive.
Notifications

Selected users never trigger playback alerts. Their activity is still recorded unless they are also excluded from monitoring.

Users appear here once they show up in play history. Typically you exclude yourself.
Statistics

Selected libraries are hidden from Trending and Most Watched.

History import

Import existing playback history?

The Playback Reporting plugin is still installed. Jellydash can copy that history so History and Statistics are not empty. Imported plays never trigger notifications.
